This project is intended for advanced quillers and should take approximately 5 hours to complete. Ideal for a 7x7 inch frame and greeting cards.
Materials used: Slotted tool, tweezers, glue bottle, circle template ruler, workboard, scissors, popsicle sticks, and glue.
Techniques: Rolling with a slotted tool (manual or electric), 3D molding, and making swirls.
All paper strips used for this project tutorial were 3mm Easy Quilling Paper strips.
